Admission procedure

We welcome prospective parents and students to our school for the admission process. Please carefully review the following information before proceeding:

Admission Office Hours:

Parents are requested to visit the school admission office between 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday.

Admission Process:

Our dedicated admission office staff is available to provide you with detailed information about the school, teaching methodology, facilities, and fee structure. They will guide you through the admission procedure.

Student Assessment:

All students are required to take a basic academic assessment to evaluate their capabilities.

Admission Form and Payment:

Parents can collect the admission form from the admission office after completing the necessary admission and tuition fee payment as advised by the admission officer.

Document Submission:

Ensure that the admission form is filled out completely and accurately, with all necessary documents properly attached.

• For admission to the pre-primary section, a birth certificate must be submitted.
• For admission to classes 2 onwards, a transfer certificate from the previous school is mandatory.

Important Points:

• Incomplete admission forms will not be accepted.
• Requests for changes in the date of birth will not be entertained after submission.
• Confirmation SMS, along with a user ID and password for the school mobile app, will be sent within a day after submitting the admission form.

Commencement of Classes:

Students can start attending their respective classes upon receiving the confirmation SMS from the school.

Transportation Facility:

• If parents wish to avail the school transportation facility, they must inform the admission office during the admission process.
• Along with this information, parents need to provide details of the nearest bus drop point.
• Once enrolled, parents will receive information about the bus timings for the specific routes, along with the contact number of the drivers.

Communication and Updates:

It is imperative for both students and parents to ensure that their phone number is added to the respective class WhatsApp group. This will facilitate the timely receipt of all necessary information.
