Discipline

Every student is expected to adhere to the institute's rules and regulations to maintain the school's decorum.
Students should arrive at the school campus at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Proper school uniform is mandatory for all students to enter the class.
Parents or guardians require the principal's permission to meet teachers or their child during school hours, and only in case of emergencies.
Bringing electronic gadgets to school is strictly prohibited.
Students cannot leave the school premises during school hours without the principal's permission.

Attendance

Regular school attendance is essential. In case of absence, parents should inform the class teacher through an application or the school app.
Extended leaves are not permitted during teaching days, except for medical reasons.
Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to appear in the final examination, as per CBSE norms.

Fees Payment

Students or guardians must present the fee card while paying fees.
Fees can be paid in cash or via UPI at the school counter in offline mode.
Fees can also be paid through the school mobile app or the official school website.
Monthly fees should be paid by the 10th of each month. Late payments incur a ₹5/- per day late fee up to the last day of the following month.
Failure to pay fees by the end of the month will lead to the student's name being struck off from the roll. Re-admission requires paying re-admission charges and all dues.
All dues must be cleared before exams; non-payment will result in the student's inability to appear for the exams.
Fees once paid are non-refundable.
Parents/guardians must collect fee receipts and cards from the fee counter.

House System

Students from class 1 to XII are divided into four houses: Green, Yellow, Blue, and Red. These houses form the basis for inter-house competitions, promoting teamwork, loyalty, and healthy rivalry.

School Diary and Homework

The school diary serves as a communication link between the school and parents.
Students should maintain and get their diaries checked daily by the class teacher.
Homework given by teachers should be recorded in the diary.
Homework for nursery to class 5 is shared on the class WhatsApp group.
Parents are requested to regularly sign the diary for updates on remarks and child-related information.

Withdrawals

One clear calendar months’ notice in writing, or a month's fees in lieu, is required for withdrawing a student from the school.
Transfer certificates are issued only after all dues are cleared.
Students need to write to the principal for a transfer certificate.
Transfer certificates will be issued 2-3 days after the application is submitted.
Students may be restricted from the school due to indiscipline or poor conduct.
